On Monday November 12th at 12:11 AM the Northport Fire Department received a call for a reported house fire at 14 Clipper Drive, Northport. Arriving units encountered flames coming from a second floor window. All occupants self evacuated from the residence. Under the command of Chief John Jacobsen approximately 65 firefighters from Northport, East Northport, Centerport and Kings Park Fire Departments, made quick work of knocking down the blaze. The fire is under investigation by the Suffolk County Police Department Arson Squad. There were no reported injuries.
