| On Sunday October 21st the ENFD was activated for a report of a structure fire in the vicinity of Laurel rd and Dickinson rd. While enroute Chiefs were advised by dispatch of one call and a walk in of a possible working fire. Upon arrival units encountered a fire in the front of a store. The fire was quickly brought under control under the command of Chief Bruce Gosik, 1st asst Chief John McCoy and 2nd Asst Chief Michael Tarantino. | On May 23, 2007, E.N.F.D. was activated for a Signal 13. Upon arrival of Captain Joseph Ervin, heavy smoke and flames were reported from the downstairs bedroom. Capt. Ervin quickly established command and notified Headquarters to reactiviate for a Signal 13/35 and requested assistance from Northport Fire Department. | On May 9th the ENFD was activated for a motor vehicle accident at the corner of Larkfield and 3rd Ave. Units found a 2 car mva with injuries. Units secured both vehicles and transported the injured to area hospitals. Photos by Andrea Gosik |

| On March 9th the ENFD was activated for a possible structure fire in the vicinity of Old Bridge Rd and Marirod Ct. 1st Due units encountered a house under development fully involved. Units responded under the command of Chief Bruce Gosik and 1st Asst Chief John McCoy. Mutual aid was requested from the Kings Park FD for 1 ladder and the Northport FD for 1 engine. |

| On February 1, 2007 at 9:15 pm hours the East Northport FD was activated for a report of a motor vehicle accident with one vehicle into a building. Units quickly confirmed a car into the storefront a 2 story commercial apartment building. The vehicle hit a car and a hydrant before hitting the building. East Northport responded with 2 ambulances, 2 engines, a Heavy Rescue and a fire police vehicle under the command of Chief Bruce Gosik. | On January 2, 2007 at 3:00 pm hours the East Northport FD was activated for a report of a motor vehicle accident at the corner of 9th Ave and 1st St. Units arrived very quickly (Across from ENFD HQ) to find a 2 car MVA with an overturn. East Northport responded with 3 ambulances, 1 engine and 1 fire police vehicle under the command of Chief Bruce Gosik and 1st Asst. Chief John McCoy.
